Tammi, Office Manager

Tammi joined the dental field 23 years ago. She has served as a hygiene coordinator, dental assistant & patient coordinator before taking on her role as office manager in 2016. She enjoys working closely with patients & has continued to expand her knowledge to provide them with the best possible experience.

At home, Tammi is a dedicated mother of three daughters & has five grandchildren as well. She enjoys traveling, fly-fishing & golf, but time with family will always be her favorite.

Joe, Treatment Coordinator

Joe grew up in Bedford & graduated from Austin College in Sherman with a degree in Asian studies with a focus on religion. He has been active in church youth activities throughout his life & has done some world travel. He attended medical school briefly before transitioning to the dental industry. He doesn’t have kids of his own but is a very proud uncle!

Angie, Dental Hygienist

Angie earned her dental hygiene degree from Tarrant County College in 2010. Her years as an executive assistant provided her with a great background to enter dentistry. Customer service, time management & working toward a goal have all contributed to her ability to provide excellent care for our Howard Family Dental patients. Angie brings advanced dental experience from her work with a periodontal group (gum specialists), mobile dentistry & several general dentistry offices. Her favorite aspect of dentistry is helping patients learn to apply good oral care habits, that make a difference in their long-term health.

Angie is married with three grown children & has two grandchildren. She & her husband provide care for her mom, who lives with them. When she is not working in dentistry, she is involved in equestrian activities or DIY projects around the house.

Ashley, Dental Hygienist

Ashley attended Colorado Mesa University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She then attended Tarrant County College & became a licensed dental hygienist. She enjoys getting to know her patients & strives to create a welcoming individualized dental experience.

In her free time, she keeps busy with her husband, Philip, & her two rescue dogs. Together, they enjoy spending time with family & friends, exploring the outdoors & experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes.

Crystal, Dental Hygienist

Crystal graduated with a bachelor of science in dental hygiene from Texas Woman’s University in Denton. She was awarded the Colgate Student Total Achievement Recognition Award & the Community Oral Health Award for her outstanding work in the community. Crystal continues to volunteer in clinics in Fort Worth & Arlington. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, Texas Dental Hygienists’ Association & the Greater Fort Worth Dental Hygienists’ Association.

Prior to being a hygienist, she was a dental assistant & has experience in prosthodontics, oral surgery & general dentistry. Her hobbies include trying new restaurants & exploring the metroplex for fun activities with her 12-year-old daughter.

Kourtney, Dental Assistant

Kourtney went to Concord Career College & was personally trained by Dr. Howard. She has been with the practice since its beginning in 2016. She is highly trained in the use of modern dental technology, from digital x-rays to in-office teeth whitening procedures.  She also has advanced training in nitrous oxide sedation.

A native of Watauga, Kourtney lives in Azle with her husband & her beagle, Bella. She & her husband enjoy seeing the Dallas Stars play & travel to see away games when they can.

Marlo, Dental Assistant

Marlo has been with Dr. Howard & the team since 2019. Born & raised in Fort Worth, she married her high school sweetheart & they now have three children. Marlo volunteers with her local church & with Linking Hearts, providing back-to-school supplies & Christmas gifts to underprivileged children. In her free time, she enjoys sports, outdoor activities & traveling with family & friends.

Daniela, Dental Assistant

Daniela grew up in Fort Worth & graduated from Arlington High School in 2018. She became a registered dental assistant in 2022 at Remington College after finding passion for the work as an intern at Howard Family Dental & now is a full-time member of the team. She is also CPR certified & is fluent in Spanish.

In her free time, Daniela enjoys coffee, the Aggies & attending the Heart of Mary Church.
